Service description

Handled Host provides AI-assisted call handling and request organization for hospitality businesses. The service may capture guest questions and reservation-related requests for review by restaurant staff. Unless expressly stated by authorized restaurant staff, an AI interaction does not guarantee availability, confirm a reservation, approve a cancellation or modification, quote final pricing, or replace the restaurant’s own policies.

SMS terms

If you expressly opt in, Makhnovskyi LLC may send customer-care SMS messages related to your request, including acknowledgements, clarification requests, status updates, and staff-approved confirmations. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance or contact kostyanmax26@gmail.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website or communications, interfere with service operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit unlawful or harmful content.

Third-party restaurants and services

Restaurants using Handled Host remain responsible for their menus, hours, availability, allergy procedures, reservation decisions, and fulfillment. Third-party products and carrier services may be governed by separate terms.

Disclaimer and limitation

The website and service are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Makhnovskyi LLC disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or an unconfirmed guest request.
